Before launching ENGY, Phil served as Chief Operating Officer for a foreign steel mill, where he led the company's expansion into the North American market. He began his career on the production floor at Russell-Stanley, steadily rising through the ranks before taking on senior executive roles at Mauser, where he contributed to its strategic growth, mergers, and acquisitions during a critical expansion phase. 

Phil's knowledge spans the full spectrum of industrial packaging: steel, plastic, and IBCs. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology with a minor in Business from the University of Houston.
