Isidro serves as Vice President of Engineering at Engy Southwest Container Products and is widely regarded as the backbone of ENGY's operations. With more than 20 years of experience 

in the industrial packaging industry, he is the engineering force behind the design, construction, and ongoing performance of ENGY's production systems. 

Before joining ENGY, Isidro spent 12 years at Mauser, where he advanced through multiple engineering roles, ultimately serving as Maintenance Manager. His deep expertise in machinery design, automation, and preventative maintenance continues to drive the efficiency and reliability of ENGY's manufacturing lines. 

Isidro holds a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Mexico.
